The first step in our interview process is to fill out the pre-registration form, which includes the general basic information of the candidate. This is a Google docs form specially designed to gather the candidates' personal details, qualifications, family background, work preferences, etc.
The assessment test contains MCQs corresponding to the role for which the candidate is applying. Our senior team members have designed these tests in such a way as to check the candidate's technical know-how regarding the role. After clearing the cut-off, the candidate would be referred to the next round.
After clearing the assessment round, the next step is a short practical task assigned to the candidate to complete the same in a specific time frame. This step aims to check the technical competency of the candidate. It helps us to measure the candidate performance and skiils as per the experience.
If the practical task done by the candidate is good, the candidate is invited for a face-to-face round of technical discussion with the senior team member to check the candidate's theoretical knowledge.
Once the candidates successfully clear all the rounds of interview and get selected for the role, they are then invited for the last round of interview, which is the HR Round. During this round, we explain all the company protocols, rules, and regulations to the candidates.
In this round, we collect the required documents from the candidates, and they are provided with the letter of appointment with the job profile they got selected. The exact date of joining gets decided on which the selected candidate is supposed to be on board and join our team.
