Technologies / Frameworks / Tools / Proficiency
We are looking for proficient online bidder who is adaptive in nature to absorb new technologies easily. He must have adequate, in hand experience in all the tools, technologies, responsibilities such as Proposal Writing, Profile Updating, Online Bidding and Lead Generation, etc. Candidate with good communication & inter personal skills is preferred. He should be comfortable in working with technical and non-technical staff, if needed.

Roles & Responsibilities
- The candidate is responsible for generating business from online Bidding Portals like Upwork, Guru, etc.
- He/She must have the required skills for handling International clients.
- Candidate must have IT Background and should be familiar with the IT technologies
- He would be responsible for bidding of Web Development, Mobile Application Development, and Digital Marketing projects.
- Must have Excellent Written communication & Writing Skills.
- Generate new leads and contribute to revenue generation.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Must be Innovative, knowledgeable, creative, and hard-working.
- Should be aware of creating proposals.
Mandatory Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, Elance, Web Guru, freelancer, etc)
- Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skill is a must.
- Good knowledge of IT Services and experience of Sales and Marketing is a must.
- Should possess good interpersonal skills for Account Handling and Relationship Building.
- Should be proactive and should have excellent convincing skills.
